Amble’s slimmers are absolutely fabulous
Congratulations to Amble’s Slimming World group, whose 100 members have lost a combined total of 92 stone in only 12 weeks. The Amble group is so successful that organiser Shirley Knox has had to add an extra session. The slimmers meet in Trinity Methodist Church every Monday at 5.15 and 7.15 pm.
Shirley said “It’s an absolutely fabulous achievement. I’m very proud of the group.” They also raise money for charity and will be holding activities to celebrate the Jubilee and the Olympics.
