What a load of rubbish the NHS spokesperson from NHS Northumberland (Clinical Commissioning Group) speaks (page1, Issue 115). It is NHS England you go to for doctor or GP funding. Jeremy Hunt not Northumberland County Council, the NCC not the farmers etc, not firms building houses.
