Here are details of the new opening times from 2 October 2017 for our face-to-face services across the county. They can be accessed through a mixture of drop-in sessions and booked appointments.
Northumberland Adviceline: 03444 111 444. 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Specialist Debt Advice Helpline: 01670 339960 Opening hours: Mon to Fri 9.00am – 4.30pm.
Text service: Text ‘debt’ to 81400 to receive a call back within 2 working days.
Non advice enquiries and client referrals Telephone: 01670 339985. Please note this number cannot be used to obtain advice.
The Amble office is now only open on Tuesdays 9.30am – 3.30pm Fourways Centre Bridge St, Amble NE65 0DR
