Sandy wins again
Congratulations to Sandy Higson, aka the Mad Jam Woman who has won three awards at the World Marmalade Awards.
Sandy won Gold for her Orange and Lime with Chilli marmalade, and two Bronzes for her Seville with Red Onion and Black Garlic, and her Orange with Red Pepper and Chilli marmalades.
Sandy has had a busy year. Last spring she won six awards at the Marmalade Awards, in the summer she featured on James Martin’s TV Show, and now she has won again.
She said “It’s been a really great year and winning this is the icing on the cake.”
