A magical evening at the Christmas lights parade
The Christmas Lights switch on and parade once again drew huge crowds who lined Queen Street and the Town Square to watch all the fun.
The beautiful lights were officially switched on by Trevor Colbourne (centre) who has been an integral part of the Lights Committee for over 30 years.
Scores of community groups joined the parade and live music added to the wonderful atmosphere.
Live music for the parade was provided by Meze Mundo and Carribbean Crew steel band. Children’s entertainment and music from Tom O’Donnell, The Lads and The Boffs took place in the Town Square, while Santa arrived in the Harbour Village drawing huge crowds.
