Warm spaces in Amble
Amble Library is providing a warm space during the winter (Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat,) and will offer a hot drink, biscuit, some activities, free wifi and phone charging. A public toilet is available.
If you have your own device, you can use their free WIFI, but there are also several computers available for public use with printing facilities too (printing charges apply).
For those needing help with Northumberland County Council services – eg council tax, bin collection, parking permits, reporting potholes etc, staff are able to help signpost customers to websites to enable many customer services enquiries to be dealt with online https://www.northumberland.gov.uk/Selfservice.aspx
The library also hosts an Age UK Friendship Group which meets every Monday morning from 10am-12noon. This is an opportunity to have a cuppa and a chat with friends and is open to anyone over 50 who lives in Northumberland.
