Shields for Schools
An Olympic and Jubilee Shield has been donated by Amble Town Council to each of the Amble schools. These are to mark both of the events of last year.
The shields are to be presented annually to individual pupils, with the head teacher and staff deciding who will be awarded and for what achievement: academic, sporting or social.
