Amble’s new Mayor
Councillor Ian Hinson was elected Mayor and Chairman of Amble Town Council by the town council at a meeting on Thursday, 10 May.
Ian said, “I’m honoured to be chairman this year of the Olympics and the Jubilee.We’ll be mainly tying up loose ends before the new council takes over next year.”
