A new cookery book has been published by Wooler – based cookery teacher and caterer Jane Lovett. Jane taught at Prue Leith’s School of Food and Wine and has catered for parties for The Economist and Vogue.
She gives cookery demonstrations and writes columns for The Journal and The Northumbrian. Her book is called Make it Easy, delicious get-ahead recipes for happy home cooking. You can meet Jane in person on 15 April at Alnwick Gardens where she will be demonstrating some of her recipes and signing copies of her book.
