World Book Day fun
Mr & Mrs Twitt, The Gruffalo and a Hungry Caterpillar all celebrated World Book Day
Amble Links First School celebrated World Book Day with a very busy assembly. About 60 parents and friends watched each class perform/recite the whole or part of their favourite book!
Most of the children came to school dressed as their favourite book characters. Assembly was led by Mr and Mrs Twit (two of our staff!) – this included a serving of real wormy spaghetti and an eyeball in Mr Twit’s drink!
