Walk 4 Life:

Free Nordic Walking Festival at Druridge Bay Country Park, Northumberland

Saturday 24^th September 1.00-4.00pm

All walks will be led by qualified Nordic Walking instructors

v     Family Taster sessions for beginners

v     Adult Taster sessions for beginners

v     1hour walk for those who have some experience

v     2 hour walk for those with more experience
