Inspirational ice cream
The children from Class 3, at St Cuthbert’s R.C. First School in Amble, visited Spurreli’s recently, to get inspiration for their poetry work.
The class received a warm welcome from the team who had prepared a slideshow and activities to support the children’s learning about the sounds, tastes, sights and smells for their poems.
It was great to watch the ice-cream making process but most of all the children loved tasting their creation!
