We are here for the town
Amble Development Trust’s new Director is Julia Aston, who will be taking over the running of the Trust from David Milburn.

Chairman Terry Broughton said “The Management Committee are delighted that Julia is now taking the helm, she has been an integral part of the Trust for the last thirteen years, latterly as a very successful Assistant Director. The Trust’s former Director Peter Monaghan is also on board and will be supporting Julia in her new role.” Julia said “For me, working at the Trust has always been about doing something for the town- giving something back to a town I love dearly. ” We have fantastic staff who are continually looking for new ideas and ways to develop projects and a Management Committee who are equally supportive and forward thinking. |
While the next few years are bound to be challenging given the continuous talk of financial cutbacks, this town has faced adversity before and look what has been achieved. But there is still more to be done and with the support of an old Amble friend Peter Monaghan, we will try our best to continue the good work.”
